I believe all the customer web sites taken offline last week are now back online and either have PHP updated, have PHP disabled entirely, or are only accessible through a WAF which should mitigate the problems. If a site appears not to be accessible again yet, it may be that the nameserver change required for the WAF configuration has not yet propagated to your local resolver; nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours and these is not much that can be done to speed this up.
